Room in a two bedroom Leith flat for move in on September 4th!

Looking for a professional flatmate for council tax purposes. You’d be sharing with a 28-year-old professional who recently moved to Edinburgh for work. She’s a big fan of the outdoors and is enjoying exploring the city.

Spacious king size bed with an attached office. Plenty of storage, built in closet with full length glass mirrors and three separate chests of drawers.

A shared living room and kitchen. Living room gets sunlight through most of the day. The flat itself is in great shape and the landlord is super responsive to maintenance claims.

Recent improvements include:
- New oven
- New electric shower
- New microwave

Flat is just off of Leith walk near Victoria Bar (best pub around), with both the bedrooms on the backside of the flat, so no noise from the street but easy access to groceries, pubs, etc.

We’re hoping to hold viewings soon, so would appreciate it if you could send a couple of sentences about yourself when getting in touch. It would also be great to know how long you’re looking to stay, as long-term lets are preferred.
