Stockbridge Ground Floor Flat

Hello!!

I’ve recently moved to Edinburgh and have started renting a 2-bedroom flat right in the heart of Stockbridge. I’m looking for flatmate to move into the other room. It is a 2 bed, 1 bath, with large living room, kitchen with a gas stove, and shared garden in the back. You will get your own spacious room with a double bed fully furnished.

I am currently renting through a housing agency and in order to move into the flat you will have to pass their reference process. They will request copy of passport, last 3 months of bank statements, reference info for current/last landlord, reference info for current/last work, and UK based guarantor if student or <30,000£ income.

For a little about me, my name is Max and I’m a 24 year old part-time student, part-time professional. I work as a Data Scientist and will be starting a Masters in High Performance Computing in September. Before Edinburgh, I lived in the Netherlands for 3 years and before that London for 7. In my free time I love to read, play basketball, cook, hang out with friends and all that good stuff. After living in a studio for the last 2 years I am very excited to have a separate living room. Not a huge partier but I love hosting and organising plans for people, definitely looking for someone sociable and willing to host.
