A comfortable, cosy double bedroom with your own bathroom is available for rent in the Pilrig/Granton area of Edinburgh (EH5). The monthly rent includes all bills.

The flat is in an excellent location with bus stops, a leisure centre and a supermarket all only a few minutes’ walk away. The bus services nearby are frequent and reliable; Princes Street is just a 15/20 minute ride away. Inverleith Park and Stockbridge are within walking distance.

The bedroom has been redecorated. It has a double bed with mattress, a chest of drawers, a bedside cabinet and a walk-in wardrobe. The bathroom is just across the hall with an over the bath shower.

You would be sharing with a female professional. I’ve been away travelling for a few years but have returned to Edinburgh. I’m looking to share with a (mature) professional. Someone clean and tidy who enjoys a calm living space. This definitely isn’t a party flat! The area is very quiet and peaceful and the flat has the same vibe. Non-smoking is a must. No couples, sorry.
