Large double room available in a lovely location!

Hey! I am looking for someone to take over my flatmate’s room, as she is moving in with her partner and will be moving out the middle of September.

The current price is £915 (rent, bills + council tax included.) I am ideally looking for a working professional to share the flat with for council tax reasons.

The flat is nice and cosy, and I’ve really enjoyed living here. There is a kitchen with a microwave, oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine and a dishwasher. There is also one bathroom with a shower and bathtub. The living room is large and bright, with a nice view of the trees from the windows.

The bedroom looks out on to a shared garden and has a view of Arthur’s Seat. It is overall very quiet and a great location as the Meadows are right next door. The windows are single glazing, but the heating works well.

I am looking for someone who will be staying for at least 6 months. I'm a Scottish working professional with a background in music, stewarding art galleries and charity work. I’m fairly tidy and quiet, and like the flat to be a calm, relaxing place that I can go back to. I love music, films and the occasional pub trip with friends. Into all-round creative things!

It would be great to have a nice atmosphere in the flat, where we can catch up every now and then, and maybe play board games/watch TV sometimes if you like.

A wee note: just a heads up that the letting agent has minimum requirements for salary or equivalent savings (or a UK guarantor,) as well as for referencing and ID docs.
