2 Rooms Available in Polwarth

Hi, we are two 3rd year students looking to find two more flatmates to fill spare rooms - feel free to respond if you're only looking for one room. We are very clean and tidy, although we enjoy going out occasionally (: Both rooms are spacious and have a double bed. There are two recently renovated bathrooms and a recently renovated kitchen, plus an in-unit washer and dryer. Wifi is included, flat also comes with TV, dishwasher, and sinks in each bedroom. Rooms are free from October 1st. Flat is situated between Edinburgh Napier and the University of Edinburgh, with buses taking around 20 minutes to the city centre. Non-students welcome to enquire, however you will be solely responsible for council tax (Band E)
