1 bedroom in the heart of Stockbridge

Looking for someone to rent a spacious room in a 2 bed flat on the ground floor from early September-early November in Stockbridge, Central Edinburgh.

The flat has its own front door and back door, with a large shared garden at the back with comfortable garden furniture.

You will be sharing with my twin sister Eloise (24 years old), who is very friendly and accommodating. She works 9-5 Monday to Friday and is around at weekends.

The flat is fully furnished, with a kitchen having an oven, a hob, an air fryer, fridge, freezer, kettle and toaster, as well as lots of crockery.

The room you will be staying in has a King bed and blackout blinds, and faces onto the back garden for privacy.

The bathroom has a bath as well as a shower, and is located right next to the room you will be staying in.

There is a homely living room too, with a TV, PS4 and 2 large sofas.

The rent is £765 each month, excluding council tax and bills. Bills are dependent on how much you use, but usually come to no more than £80 per month. We are in council tax band E. All in, monthly payments come to around £950 altogether.

This is a lovely area and extremely safe, as a young woman I have never once felt uneasy walking home alone at night or being around this area in the dark. It is very central and there are amazing parks and pubs nearby, with a Sunday market in Stockbridge every week. There are also buses that take you straight to Princes’ Street and across town.
