Since one flatmate is moving out, we are looking for a replacement for her, starting from September (or late August if preferred). The flat offers:

• Double bedroom with sloping ceilings and window facing the street
• Double bed
•Shared living room (with two sofas)
•Shared kitchen (not the biggest but not tiny)
•Shared bathroom (with bathtub)
•Small dishwasher

Rent is currently £675 per calendar month

Looking for a flatmate fitting following criteria:
•Professional or part time student (for council tax purposes)
•Neat and tidy (agrees to a cleaning schedule where both flatmates take turns cleaning the flat regularly)
•Has experience with and loves cats (remaining flatmate intends to adopt a cat at some point)
•Is ok with friends/family/partner of other flatmate staying with them (in their own room from time to time)
•Lgbtq+ welcome
