Double room in Fountainbridge

I'm moving out of my flat in foutainbridge/dalry area soon and looking for someone to take over the lease from me. I share with one flatmate, we moved in here together and enjoy being social at home so ideally looking for someone who likes being friends with their flatmates! it's a two bed flat with one bathroom, a small but well stocked kitchen, a living room and one closet/storage room. As my bedroom is not the biggest I opted for a double bed and I am the one primarily using the closet space.
Near us we have a lidl and a sainsbury's, as well as lots of corner shops, take aways and restaurants. We are a 10-15 min walk to haymarket and 20-25 min walk into the centre of town.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, likes a clean space, we don't mind whether you're a student, however, as we are not we pay council tax and that would have to be split 50/50. Rent is 680, council tax 85 each, and the rest of the bills come out to about 50 each month, so looking at total cost of around 815£.
We are also ideally looking for some queer / queer-friendly :)
