The flat is bright, spacious, and quiet. Ideally located near the calm of Inverleith Park, the Botanic Gardens, and the Water of Leith, but close to the amenities of Stockbridge and the hustle and bustle of Edinburgh's city centre. I think it's a brilliant location to be in.
Could suit a health practitioner nicely as it's a 15 minute walk away from the Western General. Very well connected otherwise.
Nearest bus stop for getting into town: Orchard Brae Avenue
Various and frequent buses available. Pleasant walk back as its downhill.
The building has its own parking, and you'd be welcome to the parking permit, as I do not have a car.
Floorplan: I am offering Bedroom 1, pictured. If upon viewing you would prefer Bedroom 2, we can discuss this. Bedroom 1 has more storage space. The office set-up is in Bedroom 2, and you'd be welcome to use this when I am not.
