I am looking for a University of Edinburgh postgraduate student to take over my accommodation contract at McLeod Street (23 McLeod Street, Edinburgh EH11 2FD).

Room Details:

- Standard ensuite room with private bathroom
- Single bed
- Self-catered accommodation
- Shared kitchen and communal living areas
- All bills and Wi-Fi included

Contract Dates:

12 September 2026 – 3 September 2027

Cost:

- £11,891 for the full contract period
- All bills and Wi-Fi included
- Full-time students are exempt from council tax
- Currently set up on the University's RCP by Semester payment plan

Building Facilities:

- Study areas
- Laundry facilities
- Courtyard and outdoor spaces
- Shared social and communal areas

The room is part of University-managed postgraduate accommodation, and the transfer must be completed through the University's official accommodation transfer process.

Eligibility Requirements:

- Must be a University of Edinburgh postgraduate student for the 2026–2027 academic year
- Must not currently be living in University accommodation
- Must meet the University's accommodation transfer requirements
