I’m looking for a working professional to take over my current room in a shared flat. My current flatmate works from the office Monday to Friday, and we’re looking for someone who is respectful, tidy and values a peaceful home environment. We’re not really into parties, so this would be a good fit for someone looking for a quiet and comfortable home.

The room:

* Built-in wardrobe
* Desk
* Bedside table

Shared living room, kitchen and bathroom

Location & transport:
The flat has excellent transport links, with bus stops for routes 7, 11, 13, 14, 16, 17, 25 and 49 just a 2-minute walk away. The tram stop is around a 5-minute walk.
St James Quarter: approximately 15-minute walk
Edinburgh Waverley Station: approximately 22-minute walk

Council Tax: Band D, to be shared between the two flatmates.
