The flat includes a decent sized kitchen, an electric shower, and a shared garden. Lots of space in the staircase to park a bike too. All furniture is part of the room besides the TV stand and the TV. Has tons of storage space, including a large wardrobe I didn't quite get in the picture.
The current flatmates are extremely friendly and chill, and it's with a private landlord who's very responsive and fixed any issues immediately.
5 min walk to Edinburgh University and Lidl, Tesco, etc. Tons of buses too.
