Hi all!
I have an unfurnished room available at my 2-bedroom flat since my flatmate is pulling out to attend a family emergency and needed someone to take over his room.
About the flat:
Postcode: EH7 (near Easter Road Stadium)
£750 per month excluding bills (contents insurance, electricity+gas, and wifi) and council tax (D).
The room has its own ensuite bathroom with toilet and sink and the hall bathroom shower is shared among the two of us.
The flat is originally unfurnished but I have already bought some furniture in the shared areas (I also just moved in a couple days ago), the room itself comes unfurnished.
A bit about me:
I just graduated from RGU and moved to Edinburgh to start my job as an occupational therapist at RIE, my job will start in mid-September. I enjoy my quiet time but also love a good chat. If you play cozy games we would get along very well!
