The single parking permit for the flat is being used by a current flatmate.

4 bedroom flat with 1 Bathroom, 1 WC, kitchen and spare room for drying clothes.

We are all young professionals between 24-26.
We are a couple and 2 single males.

We like to keep the flat very clean and share chores consistently.

As one of the flatmates has OCD, this is VERY important to us.
