The room:

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a small basic desk. The black desk pictured is mine and won't be staying, but there will be a desk provided for the new tenant.

The flat has a large kitchen/living area, with plenty of space for cooking, eating and relaxing, and you'll be sharing with 4 other flatmates.

Location:

The flat is right in the heart of Newington, so it's a really convenient location for getting around Edinburgh. There are excellent bus connections nearby, with easy access to the city centre, university, King's Buildings and surrounding areas.

It's also a particularly good location for students and postgraduate students. The flat is generally quiet, while still being close to shops, cafés, restaurants and the Meadows.

The tenancy changeover is handled through the letting agent, and the new tenant will need to complete and pass their referencing checks. (Note: if student, UK based guarantor is needed)
