Hi everyone, there are two rooms becoming available in a shared flat in Leith (from 2nd and 10th September, but can be a bit flexible on the dates).
The flat is spacious with a separate kitchen and living room and four bedrooms (one of which can be used as a spare room/ office).
Rent per room is 700GBP and bills (incl. council tax) come to about 75GBP per month.
A bit about myself: I'm Hannah, 30, originally from Austria and I moved into the flat last year. I work as a structural engineer (sometimes from home) and live a very active lifestyle so I'm often out and about so enjoy coming home to a cosy flat. I really enjoy living with others and am always up for a chat when I'm home. Ideally looking for other young professionals that are looking for a place long-term. No couples.
