Hi, I have a double bedroom to rent in a 2 bed in Marchmont just 15 minutes or less walk to George Square.
This flat would suit another female postgrad who is vegetarian or vegan.
I'm a female PhD student, vegan and in my 30s. Looking to keep the flat a very chilled out and girl power friendly space! Ideally we can have a good time and share some meals and be friends. Rent is £630 + we split bills each month (approx another £100 each inc internet, but we'll split the actual variable bill each month).
Advertised mainly for students as I am exempt from council tax. If you are not a student and want to apply, the council tax is band E, but you would need to pay it yourself unfortunately!
This is a no smoking, plant-based, calm and peaceful, books and houseplants, nice dinners no parties, type of flat.
