Spacious double room (with king sized bed) available to rent in 4-bed flat in Merchiston (between Morningside and Haymarket) from the 16th September. Current flatmates are Daisy (31, F), Melissa (28, F), and Louisa (35, F). We are a really quiet flat, and would appreciate living with someone else who is friendly and similarly quiet, respectful and likes their own space!
We are council tax band E, and bills come to approx £112 each per month.
Tenancy would be for at least 10-12 months; there is possibility but currently no guarantee of staying longer.
