Hi everyone,

🏡 I’m moving out of this lovely house in June, so we’re looking for someone to take over my room! You’ll be sharing with 3 friendly young professional girls in their 20s.

📍 Great location — Princes Street is only a 15-minute bus ride away, with a bus stop just a 2-minute walk from the house and excellent transport links around Edinburgh. Western General Hospital is also only a 15-minute walk away.

🛏️ The room is a bright, fully furnished double room.

👩‍🍳 The kitchen and living area are spacious and well-equipped, including a kettle, toaster, microwave, and air fryer.

🛋️ The living room also has a large sofa, TV, coffee table, and dining table with chairs.

🪴 The house has its own private garden, accessed through French doors in the living room.

🛁 The bathroom includes an over-the-bath shower, and you’ll also have access to your own separate toilet beside the room (shown in the photos).

💰 Rent is £672 per month. Bills are usually around £30/month (excluding council tax, which is approximately £47.50/month). Deposit is one month’s rent.
