Modern Flat - Lothian Road - Central location

A room is available in a spacious three-bedroom apartment on Lothian Road, one of Edinburgh’s most central and convenient locations. The property is within easy walking distance of The Meadows, the city centre, restaurants, bars and excellent public transport links.
I’ll be living in the apartment and occupying the bedroom with the en-suite bathroom. The other bathroom, which features a large walk-in shower, will be shared between the two additional flatmates.
The other 2 rooms will be furnished with a double bed. The larger room has a built in wardrobe and the smaller will have a regular wardrobe. Please note that the images of the flat will not be exactly the same when you move in. The sofa bed will be replaced with a real bed and the other room will have a bed and wardrobe. The rest of the flat will look pretty much the same.
I work on superyachts on an eight-weeks-on, eight-weeks-off rotation, so I’m away for around half the year. This means there will usually just be two of you living in the apartment, giving you plenty of space and flexibility.
I’m looking for a like-minded young professional who enjoys travelling, getting outdoors and being active, but is also up for going out for a drink or socialising in the evenings. I’m happy for the successful tenant to help find the other flatmate, so there is an opportunity to choose someone you’ll get along with.
The move-in date is flexible, ideally early to mid-September.
