Bedroom in City Centre - Looking for Flatmate

Looking for a flatmate to occupy a double room in our house, tucked away on a quiet street in the city centre.

You'll be taking our friend OJ's room, who has decided to move in with her boyfriend. The room comes installed with a skylight, storage space, and outward projecting windows that look out onto the street below.

The house has an open kitchen, a decently sized living room and two toilets, one equipped with a bath and shower. The house also comes with a garden and a garage, although the garage is small, and being used more as a storage space and a pottery.

Council tax is band F, "Gigafast" wifi around £10 each, and gas and electricity around £50 each (though it can fluctuate + we are in the process of changing our provider).

You'll be living with Laith (me) and Malcolm, two guys in our mid 20s. We're a social flat although we also appreciate our own space at times.

Malcolm is gay so if you do not respect that, we do not want you.

I'm a theatre & film graduate and am currently working at a cafe and a pottery studio while I'm in the process of writing plays/screenplays. I also train and coach Judo in town. Love all sorts of music and I play the piano (we have a full sized keyboard in the living room!).

Malcolm has a background in politics and is currently a barista in town, so the kitchen comes equipped with 3 moka pots which you are free to use. He is friendly and personable and never too busy for a chat.

We are free for viewings every day from 3-7pm, from the 22nd-27th (However, we are NOT available on the 24th). It is a quick turnaround, but we are looking for someone to move ASAP, ideally on the 28th.
