£625 for a room in the city centre, what more could you ask for ! I am unfortunately leaving my lovely flat and flatmates so am looking for someone to take over my tenancy in September.
You would be sharing with two female young professionals in their mid to late twenties. Both work a 9-5 and have interests in coffee, travel and fitness ( all things spin, pilates, swimming - they don’t discriminate!).
This spacious, welcoming flat hosts a large shared living space, homely and warm kitchen dining space and of course your room ! Your room has extensive storage space, bright big windows with a small balcony area - a guaranteed sun trap in the summer. You would be sharing a well kept bathroom with one other flatmate.
Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you are interested. Move in date would be around 23rd of September (rent date) but I am flexible and happy to work around different schedules.
