Flat in Edinburgh City Centre. One room currently available with another potentially becoming available in the next month or two depending on the current occupant's plans (enquire for current status). Hardly a mansion, but a comfortable home in a calm quiet area with stunning views over Holyrood Park. I've lived in the flat for 3 and a half years with my wee cat Mango, who is an absolute gem. A perfect spot for a nice settled existence in the middle of the capital. 2 minutes from the gym and central bus links (closest main bus stop is Surgeon Hall). All the amenities and closeness of Newington and the Old town but with the quietness and surrounding greenery of the suburbs. I've just finished my BSc in Geology and Physical Geography at UoE and I'm now working parttime at the fossil shop in Grassmarket. I love to stay active and fit, particularly cycling and hiking or training martial arts, but also enjoy time at home reading, watching TV or playing guitar.
