Room in spacious flat in Marchmont

Hi there!

I’m looking for a working professional or post-grad student (landlord requirement) to replace me in a spacious 6-bedroom flat in Marchmont.

The location is great, 30 seconds from bruntsfield links, 2 minutes from the meadows, a convenience store just up the road and plenty of groceries options within a 15 minute walk from the flat.

The flatmates are all really lovely and easy to get along with. Everyone is in employment so if you are a student you will be expected to pay your share of council tax (£40.67pm), and bills + wifi have amounted to ~40/50 per month.

Unfortunately this flat requires a guarantor for students, the landlord does not accept advance rent instead or companies who provide guarantor services.
