Furnished Double Room in 3-Bed Terraced House

My name is Chris and I'm looking for a lodger! I have a furnished double room available in a 3-bed terraced house right next to Fort Kinnaird.

A bit about me: I am a British/Swiss 29-year-old 3D Animator & Editor who works from home (one of the bedrooms is my office). I am a quiet, chill person who is clean and organised. I enjoy films, video games, table tennis, Formula 1, photography etc. I spent the first 15 years of my life growing up in SE Asia and welcome people of all backgrounds/cultures. Would prefer an English (or French) speaker but open to discuss!

About the property: This is a 3-bed terraced house located on Blackchapel Road, just outside the Fort Kinnaird retail park. This is a quiet, safe neighbourhood mostly populated by families. Within short walking distance there is a 24hr ASDA superstore, as well as everything in Fort Kinnaird (restaurants, shops, cinema, gym etc.). The No. 30 bus stops right outside and goes directly to the centre of town, and the No. 18 bus goes directly to the Airport. It is also walking distance from the Jack Kane sports centre.

As a lodger, you would have access to all shared spaces (living room, kitchen, bathrooms, garden etc.) in addition to your room. The room includes a double bed, integrated wardrobe, and (if you want it) a desk. In the images I have included some decorations/bedding to illustrate what it could look like, though I'll remove them prior to moving in so you can bring in your own stuff. There is a patio and garden as well as a table tennis table. There is also an attic that can be used for storage.

What I'm looking for in a lodger: Someone kind, clean & responsible. Ideally would be a professional of roughly similar age, but not a requirement. Might be open to someone with a pet (dog/cat) but that would need to worked out beforehand. Honestly, as long as they are respectful and pay their rent on time, I'm happy! As I'll be bringing a stranger in my home, I'd like to get to know any potential lodgers as much as I can before confirming a tenancy.

Length of rental period is flexible, though I would ask for a 28-day notice period. This would suit someone looking for a room for a few months (or more).
