The property is a 2 bedroom house, of which you will be living with a 19 year old male (myself). I’m a student at Heriot-Watt, enjoy socialising, but will also respect boundaries and privacy. I’m easy to live with and enjoy a clean space.
There is a shared kitchen, dining room, and living room. There is also a garden.

Anyone interested would be required to complete referencing, and if necessary, have a guarantor available, who makes £27k+
The rent would be paid directly to the landlord.
You would be required to step in immediately, and pay the £725 deposit.
