Double bed in Newhaven penthouse flat available for a new tenant! The flat offers a spacious open plan living room and kitchen with views of Western Harbour, Inchkeith Island and North Berwick! Your room comes with an en suite and shower, and a built in wardrobe. I also have a huge tv and great wifi currently installed if you like movies, shows or live sports.

Good public transport routes available with the 16 and 11 very close by (the 11 is a 3 minute walk and takes you straight to princes street). There’s also a 24hr Asda round the corner with a tram stop beside that.

I’m looking for someone sociable and fun who likes a night out at the pub as much as a quiet night in. I’m a restaurant manager working in old town, and I love to hit the gym or go for a climb on my off days. Currently listening to a lot of Michael Kiwanuka, Daft Punk, Geese and The Strokes and I’ve got a decent record collection that’s evergrowing.
