Hey everyone! We are two women in our late 20s/early 30s looking for a third flatmate to join us in our cosy flat in Viewforth! 🏡

The flat is located in a very central but quiet area, just 5 minutes walk to Bruntsfield links and close to many shops, amenities and nice cafes and pubs.

About the room:
Lease starts on 1st October
Rent is 546£
Utilities (bills, WiFi, and CT) come to around 100£ a month
The room is fully furnished, and you’ll share the bathroom with only one of us.

A little bit about ourselves:
Tilda is a PhD student working on conservation and habitat restoration. In her free time she climbs, hikes and plays the fiddle.
Alessandra is originally from Italy, she works at the University but currently training to become a yoga teacher. She also hikes and loves the outdoors and cooking house meals.

We like to keep a social and cosy atmosphere in the house and occasionally go for drinks, have movie nights or make dinners together.
We are looking for someone similar age, and who’s willing to keep a homely and relaxed vibe, open to all genders.
