Double (en-suite) room available for PhD students

Shared living room

My flatmate is moving out because he is finishing his PhD, I am looking for a chill and clean PhD student to take over the room that becomes available. The flat has an en-suite room and one with a common bathroom. The kitchen is large and the living room spacious.

I am a maths PhD student in his first year, looking for a housemate that will stay for a while with whom to make and keep the house warm and welcoming for friends visiting. I often study outside the home, but some days I may be in all day. I make use of the kitchen and oven to bake sometimes, but it would be my intention to replace some of the kitchen utensils with the new housemate, as some pans have suffered years of postgrads using them :)
