We have a room available in our gorgeous 5 bed flat!

The flat is perfectly positioned for transportation anywhere in and out of town with the tram and (many) buses literally on the doorstep.

The flat has a large kitchen, with 3 fridges/freezers. There's also 2 bathrooms which each have a shower.

Local amenities include both a Scot-mid and Sainsbury less than a minutes walk away, and there's a Lidl within a 10 minute walk. Pilrig Park is round the corner too.

About the tenants.
We're all neurodiverse and/or LGBT, 2 of us are vegetarians and one pescatarian. We like board games, and arts and crafts. We're not really a party flat at all, but we socialise in the kitchen. We respect boundaries and personal space.

We all value living in a clean space, we have a cleaner coming around every other weekend and a cleaning schedule. We all tend to clean as we go to maintain cleanliness.

One flatmate has a rescue dog that arrived in June. She's doing amazing but there is still work to do on her training so she may occasionally bark.

We all have different schedules so for viewings let me know what time suits you best, and we can sort that out!

Gas and electric can vary (less in summer and more in winter). Electric tends to be around £25pcm and gas anywhere from £10-35 per person depending on heating use.
