Hi! We’re renting out a single room in Sciennes, just a few minutes walk from the Meadows and Summerhall.
The room comes with a bed, desk and drawers. It’s south-facing, so it gets lovely afternoon sunshine.

The communal spaces include a living room, tidy kitchen and one bathroom.
We enjoy having a chat and spending some time together, but we also respect each other’s privacy and personal space.

Rent: £750 per month, including bills
Deposit: £750
Tenancy: You would be a lodger rather than a tenant, so landlord registration does not apply.

The neighbourhood:
The flat is in a quiet residential neighbourhood, around 3 minutes from The Meadows and Summerhall. There are plenty of shops, cafés and pubs nearby, with Sainsbury’s just around the corner.
There are also several nearby bus stops and Voi e-bikes available for getting around Edinburgh.
One parking space may be available separately — just ask if this is something you need.

About us & who we’re looking for:
We’re a couple, both professionals who work from home.
We like keeping the flat clean, tidy and comfortable, as we enjoy spending time here. We’re therefore looking for someone who is similarly considerate about shared spaces — regularly helping with cleaning and tidying up after themselves.
We’re friendly and easy-going, and are looking for someone who would fit well into a relaxed, respectful home.
