Imediate Moving! Room IN UoE Accomodation

(For UoE students)
Simple situation: I was allocated a room in University of Edinburgh accommodation and have since arranged to live elsewhere in the city. Now I have to find someone to replace me, as required by the contract.

The room is free from day one! I'm not moving in at all. Whoever takes it moves in at the start of the session with nothing to wait for.

🛏️ The room
Large en-suite room in a furnished 3/4 bedroom self-catered flat, shared kitchen with flatmates. Internet included, electricity included within the flat's standard allowance, and personal belongings insurance included in the rent.

🛒 Shops and transport
Asda Chesser Supercentre is a couple of minutes' walk on New Mart Road and open 24 hours, which is genuinely useful when you're cooking for yourself. Edinburgh West Retail Park on Chesser Avenue has an M&S Foodhall and a Food Warehouse, and the large Sainsbury's on Inglis Green Road is about ten minutes on foot. Bus stops on Chesser Avenue and Chesser Grove are a short walk away with regular services into the centre.

💷 Cost
£11,890.40 for the full contract, around £233 per week. Paid directly to the University in monthly instalments on the 1st of each month.

✅ Who can take it
ACE requires a replacement tenant to be a full-time, fully matriculated student who isn't already living in University accommodation.

The University handles all the paperwork and you sign directly with them: no subletting, nothing informal.
