This stunning New Town flat is located on one of Edinburgh’s most desirable streets. This ground floor apartment allows for easy access to Waverley, St James and a major tram stop just at Picardy Place.
I am moving out of the flat, so looking for someone to take on the joint tenancy. My flatmate is a 22-year old young professional woman, working in finance. Her job is hybrid, so she tends to work from home 2 days per week. Overall a very tidy and calm place, though can also host a great a party!
