The flat is well looked after, with a shared garden and a quiet, relaxed atmosphere. The room is for one person, overlooks the garden and comes furnished with a single bed, wardrobe and drawers.

The location is convenient, with frequent bus services providing easy access to Edinburgh city centre, Heriot-Watt University and Edinburgh Napier University. A supermarket, local shops and a gym are all within easy walking distance, making day-to-day essentials easily accessible.

You would be sharing the flat with me. I am 27 and work full-time. I’m quiet and tidy, but I also enjoy spending time with my housemate - whether it’s watching a show together or cooking a meal every now and then. I love travelling and hiking too.
