Seeking Flatmate for Spare Bedroom

The flat is located in central Stockbridge so walking distance from most places. Rent is £775 a month and bills are approximately £150 on top of that (council tax, gas, electricity, WiFi). It's a furnished and spacious double room, the flat itself is a really nice size with a communal kitchen, living room and bathroom.

I'm the only other tenant, I'm a 28 year old lawyer from Scotland. I like being active and enjoy running, playing lacrosse and hiking. I'm also involved in Girlguiding and help run a local Brownie unit. It would be lovely to have a flatmate who is keen for socialising and activities.
