The flat itself includes a kitchen with modern appliances, large living room with separate dining area and recently renovated bathroom, plus plenty of extra storage. Also there is amble parking for residents (free) and a shared communal garden.

Rent for the room is £650/month plus a share of bills (approx. £40 each) and council tax (Band E).

A bit about me, I currently work as a civil engineer in Edinburgh and also study part time at Edinburgh Napier University. I enjoy the outdoors, do a fair bit of running and hiking and also go for an occasional trip to the pub. I'm an easy going, clean and tidy flatmate.

Looking for someone with similar interests, students or professionals welcome as long as you are happy to pay towards council tax. Shorter/ fixed terms also considered.
