Hi there!
My current flatmate is moving out, and I am looking for someone to take over their room.
The room is available from 1 December, but you may move in your stuff few days earlier.
The location and flat are very nice, just off the meadows and 12 minute walk to the Princess street. It's newly built and warm in winter.
It has two bedrooms, one living room, a kitchen and an additional spare room, which we use for work and other activities.

I am happy for you to be a student as long as you are ready to divide the council tax 50-50. Otherwise, a professional would be preferable.
