Sublet in Tollcross area available in November

Hey all,
I'll be travelling in August, so I'm hoping to sublet my room to cover rent, bills, and council tax. I'm happy to negotiate this price up to a reasonable amount.
Details about the room:
- Available from Oct 30th to Dec 3rd.
- Good size, enough for a couple to inhabit.
- Furnishings include a double bed, chest of drawers, closet and bookshelf (I'll clear out the closet and chest of drawers for your use during your stay), table and chair (I've got a second table dismantle which I can put up for you if you'd like).
- There's plenty of craft supplies and books, which you are welcome to use to a reasonable extent.
About the flatmate:
- There are 4 other flatmates besides me, three males and one female
- One of us is doing a PhD; the rest are working in hospitality.
- We're all queer, so you must be okay with that.
- Everyone has a partner: two male, two female, so expect to see a lot of people around.
- We're sociable and friendly, great for someone new to the city. Otherwise, if you'd like to be left alone, we're very respectful and will leave you be.
About the flat:
- 5 beds, 1 shower and toilet (but everyone is on such different schedules there's usually no clash), separate living room and kitchen.
