Hello!
Sadly I’m leaving the flat to move to London in October so am looking for someone to replace me!
The flat is bright and spacious and in an unreal location overlooking the Meadows. The high-ceilinged room has a double bed, large wardrobe, built-in cupboards, and a desk, and you’ll share a bathroom with one other flatmate. The room is at the back of the flat and looks out onto a quiet residential street.
You’ll be living with three girls and one guy, all working professionals. The vibe of the flat is really relaxed and friendly - everyone does their own thing but we often eat and watch tv together of an evening, and sometimes head into town as a flat to go to the cinema, pub quizzes or out drinking.
The price of rent includes council tax (that would be the same for students too) and the bills come to around £40 per month.
