Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy at iQ Grove, Edinburgh.

This is a special studio layout with large floor-to-ceiling windows on four sides, so the room gets plenty of natural light. The kitchen area is also separated from the bed by a partition, which makes the space feel more organised and less like a typical open-plan studio.

The studio is fully furnished and includes a private bathroom and kitchen, a good-sized desk, plenty of storage, and bills included in the rent.

The location is convenient for ECA, the University of Edinburgh, Haymarket and the city centre, with supermarkets and transport links nearby.
