I am leaving this room soon and need someone to replace me as I am moving in with my partner.
The flat would be shared with 2 easy going guys. The house is always kept clean and tidy and theres never a problem with noise.
The room would ideally suit someone employed full time.
The room is furnished with a chest of drawers, a clothes rail and a bedside drawers.
The shelves on the wall will be taken down before i move out.
Theres a bathroom upstairs that is shared with 1 of the occupants and a small toilet downstairs.
There is free underground parking so suitable for a car owner too.
Rent is £500 and bills at the moment come to around £150. (Council tax, electric, gas and wi-fi)
Can arrange viewings for evenings/weekends.
