The flat is bright, comfortable, spacious and homely, with a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. We’re within walking distance of Lidl, Aldi, Sainsbury’s, the gym and the lovely Edinburgh canal, with great bus connections literally outside the front door.

A large, bright and comfortable bedroom with loads of natural light and plenty of space to make your own. It comes with a king-size bed frame, wardrobe and desk, with plenty of room for storage and working from home.

🏡 The flat

There’s a kitchen, bathroom and comfortable living space. It’s spacious and homely, and we like to keep the communal areas clean and pleasant so it feels like a proper home.

👬 About us

We’re two good friends who enjoy each other’s company but also really value our own space and downtime.

Gabriel, 28 – friendly, sociable and easy-going. I’m pretty active and love the gym, running and getting outdoors, as well as singing, dancing and spending time with friends. At home I’m quite relaxed and really value having a comfortable, peaceful space to come back to. I’m always up for a cup of tea, a laugh or a good conversation, but equally enjoy my own space and respect other people’s.

Benji, 27 – friendly, kind and easy-going. He loves reading, playing guitar, listening to music, exercising and getting out for a hike. He enjoys a good chat and spending time together at home, but is equally happy doing his own thing and really respects everyone’s space and downtime.

We’d love someone who fits naturally into that balance, where the flat feels friendly and like a home without anyone feeling obliged to socialise all the time but also is up for a tea and talk!

✅ Who we’re looking for

Someone around a similar age who is friendly, easy-going, clean and tidy, and will add to the homely feel of the flat. We’re looking for someone who wants to settle in and stay long term, rather than somewhere temporary.

We have a cleaning rota so everyone does their bit and the communal spaces stay nice. We’re not a party flat, so we’re looking for someone considerate and respectful who wants a comfortable, relaxed place to call home.

Unfortunately, no students, couples or pets.
