I’m looking for a friendly, tidy female aged between 27–37 to stay in my flat in Colinton Mains from 3rd October to 31st October. Looking for someone friendly, respectful, trustworthy and considerate who will look after the place and keep it clean and tidy.
The room is a double bedroom with a desk and shelves. The flat also has an allocated parking space on the driveway, a private garden and a shared washing line. The rent is £800 for the month, with all bills included.
I’m hoping to find someone easy-going who will treat the flat as their own and keep everything in good order.
