We have a lovely bedroom in our furnished flat in Polwarth that we need someone to move into !
It comes fully furnished and is huge for the area, it comes with a king size bed and all the bits and pieces you could want. Plenty of natural light from the massive windows. (Couch and tv not included )
The other 2 flatmates are both female professionals working full time, across all hours of the day so you must be clean respectful and nice !
Location wise the flat is a 15 minute walk from Haymarket station and sits directly opposite a bus stop that takes you into town within 15 minutes as well.
Plenty of shops nearby all within a 10minute walk
