Double room available in central Edinburgh

Hi! I am looking for someone who’d like to take my spare room. The room is on the 2nd floor and is south-facing with large windows and so gets a lot of natural light. There is a shared garden which we have access to. The flat also has a kitchen/diner which doubles up as a sitting room with TV etc – not a vast room but cosy! The kitchen is actually currently being renovated, so I don't have photos of the living space at the moment, but it will be finished very soon and I will update. Flat has washing machine, drier, dishwasher etc.

The location of the flat is really handy — just a few minutes' walk from the tram, and easy walking distance to both Leith and the city centre. Holyrood Park is also just around the corner and Montgomery Street gardens is only a few minutes away.

I'm looking for someone easy-going, social and considerate. I enjoy hanging out in the evenings, cooking for others, but also enjoy my own time. I’m very outdoorsy and enjoy running/camping/bikepacking etc – bonus if you do as well! My preference would be someone who wants to stay for 6 months (open to extending but I may be selling up in March next year, so still up in the air at this point!) but we can talk about what works for you.
