The Flat as a good-sized kitchen, a utility room with a washing machine and a dishwasher, a bath with an overhead shower, and a shared communal garden.

Access to city centre with the number 24 bus right on the doorstep. 5 minutes from King's campus and 20 minutes from Bristo Place. A fifteen minute walk to Cameron Toll which has a Sainsbury's and an Aldi. Margiotta convenience shop a minute away on the corner of the road.

The current tenants are both professionals in their twenties and we are looking for professionals or postgrad students of a similar age-range. Both absolutely lovely people and great roommates!

I'm moving out after over two and a half years in this flat and I would recommend it as an absolutely lovely place to live as a young adult working/studying in Edinburgh!
