NEW Room for Rent in Bruntsfield

Hey! We’re Mardi, Caitlin and Holly, and we’re looking for a fourth flatmate to join us in our new flat in Bruntsfield from 28th October onwards ☺️

We’re 22, 23 and 28; two Aussies and one Kiwi who’ve all recently moved to Edinburgh. We’re all working part/full-time and are pretty easygoing, sociable and keen to explore and travel while we are here. We’d love someone who’s friendly, clean and up for having a social flat, while also being respectful of everyone’s space.

The flat is currently undergoing a full renovation, so everything will be brand new when we move in! It’s a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat in Bruntsfield, close to the Meadows, lots of cafes, pubs and shops, with easy access to the city centre. The flat will be ready from 9th October, with the fourth room available from 28th October onwards.

Rent is £750 each per month for the first 6 months, increasing to £800 after that. The flat is Council Tax Band E.
