Hi all!
We have a bright and cosy double bedroom available in our top-floor, four-bed flat in Bruntsfield.
The flat is fully furnished and home to me (28), Charles (30), and Ethan (26). We’re professionals, quite laid-back, and enjoy spending time together when we’re home. We’re looking for someone tidy and considerate, but equally up for a pub night, a chat and a laugh, or a flat dinner.
Ideally, we’d find another professional for council tax reasons. However, we’d be happy to have a Master’s or PhD student, as long as you’re able to split the council tax equally!
The rent is £700 per month, excluding bills. We're in council tax band E. Please note that you must be a UK resident or have a UK guarantor, or be willing to pay six months’ rent upfront.
