We are on the hunt for a 4th flatmate to move into our city centre flat just opposite Omni centre!

Rent is £690 + bills. The room has a double bed, desk, 1 wardrobe and now has a big sofa( not pictured )The room is very warm, great sun set views and tanning opportunities.

Bills are split equally, wifi, energy and council tax comes to about £100 per month
You would be living with 3 guys, all young professionals, aged 25-30 so ideally we are looking for another young professional around these ages for council tax reasons.
We are quite a social/outgoing but chilled group who are looking for someone with a similar vibe.

We go for pints, the occasional quiz, infrequent climbing, and enjoy a good doom scroll as a collective with tv in background. Also have a halloween party on the horizon to partake in.

More about the flat:
The flat was renovated 2 weeks ago (kitchen photo is old) has a spacious living-dining room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a large hallway, on-street permit parking is also available!

Right beside city centre we are 5-10 mins from Princes St depending on walking speed, Waverley train station, the bus station, tram stop (Picardy), decent pubs and restaurants, cinema, Calton Hill, and just around the corner from st James.

Also have a home beer draft machine because we have reached that point in life. Also a piano that no one quite knows how to use.
