Double bedroom available in a bright shared flat in Haymarket.

Contract starts from the 25th October but could move in from the 12th.

Flat is a 6 minute walk from Haymarket station and the tram stop that gets you to the airport in 25 minutes.

Rent is £650 and bills £200 (although this is usually less we’ve said 200 to account for rises in winter bills, it includes wifi, council tax and energy)

I’m leaving the flat due to getting a new job down in London. The profile below is of the flatmate you’ll be sharing with:

A little about me: I’m 27, originally from Ukraine, and work full-time as an Operations Coordinator in the property industry. I’m quite chilled and like home to feel like a comfortable, relaxed place rather than a party house, although I’m always up for a glass of wine at the weekend!

In my free time I run, play tennis, do a bit of arts and crafts, and love long walks, hikes and visiting art galleries. I’m vegetarian, but I’m completely happy living with someone who isn’t!

I’m looking for a friendly, tidy and respectful female flatmate (25-35 years old) who’s easy to live with and planning to stay for around a year or more. Someone who enjoys having a chat now and then but also respects each other’s space would be perfect.
